We also employee other trade professionals, local to the area, when a particular job calls for more pairs of hands!
When a new job has been accepted, we will generate and email a deposit invoice. The amount will vary depending on the size of the quotation and the materials required. Once this has been received, we will enter the agreed dates in our work diary.
Larger jobs, that will span multiple weeks will also require interim payments. The first is generally due on the first Friday after starting a new job. The amount will vary depending of the size of the quotation and the amount of weeks that the job is likely to take. For much larger jobs, there may be more than one interim payment; these are generally due on each Friday of a working week.
Once the job has been completed, a balance invoice will be due which may include costs for other materials that were used but not included in the quotation.
Please note that if an interim invoice is not paid promptly, and before the start of the next working week on that job, then there will be a delay before we are able to return to finish the work.
